If you missed our previous Sushi 101 class at Catonsville Gourmet, there’s no need to worry. The next class is coming up! Sushi 101 is a class for anyone and everyone interested in learning how to prepare their own sushi! Included in the class are:
- Edamame, miso soup with shrimp, and a non-alcoholic beverage.
- Instruction in making, rolling, plating, and eating 2 sushi rolls.
- Information on rice cooking techniques.
- How to prepare your ingredients.
- Direct training with our sushi masters.
- Rolling mat and chopsticks to take home.
The class costs $32 per person or $60 per pair. It is also a B.Y.O.B. Event. See you in class!
