In-House Packages
Packages are offered for Parties of 8 or more. $100 Deposit required for all Reservations requesting Pre Set Packaging – this deposit will go towards the Party’s final bill.
Parties may cancel up to 48 hours ahead of time in order to receive a deposit reimbursement.

The MessDeck (Lunch)
$26 per person
- Crab and Spinach Quiche: Chef Made baked Seafood and Spinach quiche, served with a Side Salad and Fresh Fruit.
- Shrimp Salad Sandwich: with Lettuce and Tomato, your choice of bread, and house made Kettle Chips or Pomme Frites
- Strawberry Feta Salad: Baby Spinach, Cucumber, Tomato, and Red onion, Strawberries, and Feta cheese. Choice of Protein: Grilled Shrimp, Tuna Bites, Salmon, or Chicken cooked to your liking. Tossed in a Vidalia Vinaigrette.
- Parmesan Turkey: Warn, Oven-Roasted Turkey Breast sliced, with Cherry-Wood Smoked Bacon, Lettuce, Tomato, with a Honey Mustard based Aioli. Served on warm Garlic Cheese Toast and House Made Kettle Chips or Pomme Frites.
The Galley (Lunch)

- Filet Tips & Frites: Sauteed Filet Tips & Fresh Mushrooms accompanied by a House Demi Glace, wearing Pomme Frites.
- Strawberry Feta Salad: Baby Spinach, Cucumber, Tomato, and Red onion, Strawberries, and Feta cheese. Choice of Protein: Grilled Shrimp, Tuna Bites, Salmon, or Chicken cooked to your liking. Tossed in a Vidalia Vinaigrette.
- French Quarter Shrimp and Grits: Jumbo Texas Brown Gulf Shrimp sauteed with a trinity of Bell Peppers, Onions, and a zesty Andouille Sausage, in a Garlic & White Wine Sauce. Served over House made Cheddar Grits and a Parmesan Crisp Wheel.
- Chicken Smokehouse: Grilled and marinated Chicken Breast layered in a Smoked BBQ Sauce. Topped with Bacon, Smoked Gouda cheese, and Crispy Fried Onions on a toasted Kaiser roll. Served with House-Made Kettle Chips or Pomme Frites.
- Salmon Entree: Broiled Fresh Wild-Caught Alaskan Salmon Filet Grilled to your liking, wearing a House Lemon Butter sauce, with Rice Pilaf and Vegetable Medley.

- Calypso Rockfish: Local Rockfish Fillet Blackened and Pan Seared, topped with a Grilled Shrimp & Avocado Salsa, over Roasted Fingerling Potatoes and Vegetable Medley.
- “Nantucket” Pasta: Tomato and Truffle Infused Lobster Sauce, blended with Maine Lobster meat and Blue Crab, tossed with Pappardelle pasta. Garnished with a crispy Parmesan Cheese Wheel.
- Short Rib: Hand-Seasoned and House Demi Glace infused Choice Beef Ribs, slow-oven roasted and finished with a Garlic Puree, with a Mushroom and Green Pea Classic Risotto and Garlic Broccolini.

- Halibut St Martin: Fresh Halibut Fillet – Macadamia and Kettle Chip Crusted – Pan Seared. Topped with a Tropical Fruit & Sweet Chili “Caribbean” Style Salsa, with Roasted Fingerlings and Vegetable Medley.
